1. Data we collect

We collect the information needed to carry your shipment: sender and recipient names, addresses, contact details, and shipment contents as declared. We also collect tracking events and delivery scans.

When you use our website we may process technical data such as IP address and device information for security and analytics.

2. How we use your data

We use personal data to provide and improve our delivery services, to communicate shipment status, to handle customs, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests (network security and service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations under the GDPR.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with parties necessary to deliver your shipment — such as customs authorities and local delivery partners — and with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Retention

We retain shipment and tracking data for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@foxypost.sbs.

Data protection contact

To exercise your rights or ask about this policy, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@foxypost.sbs. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
