Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about tracking, delivery times, customs and claims.
Tracking
Where do I find my tracking number?+
It's on your shipping confirmation email and on the receipt from the drop-off point. Foxypost tracking numbers always start with 'EU', followed by 8 digits and 2 letters, e.g. EU48213907KP.
How often is tracking updated?+
Tracking updates in real time. Every time your parcel is scanned — at pickup, each hub, customs and out for delivery — the event appears on the tracking page within seconds.
Why can't I see my personal details on the tracking page?+
Recipient name, address, email and phone are masked for privacy. The recipient can reveal them after identity verification.
Delivery
What are your delivery times?+
EuroExpress delivers in 1–2 business days, EuroEconomy in 3–5 business days, and EuroFreight in 2–6 business days depending on the lane. Estimated delivery dates are shown on your tracking page.
What happens if I miss a delivery?+
Our driver leaves a notice and re-attempts on the next business day. You can also redirect to a pickup point or reschedule from the tracking page.
Can I change the delivery address after shipping?+
In most countries you can redirect to a nearby pickup point or a neighbour while the parcel is in transit. Full address changes depend on the lane and are best arranged through support.
Customs & fees
Do you handle customs for cross-border shipments?+
Yes. Customs documentation and brokerage are included on all cross-border lanes, with pre-clearance to keep parcels moving. You'll see a 'customs clearance' event on the tracking timeline where applicable.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?+
For shipments leaving the EU customs union, duties and VAT may apply and are set by the destination country. We'll notify the payer before delivery where charges are due.
Claims & support
How do I file a claim for a lost or damaged parcel?+
Contact support with your tracking number within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Insured shipments are reimbursed up to the coverage limit of the chosen service.
What items can't be shipped?+
Illegal, dangerous or restricted goods — including explosives, live animals, cash and unpackaged perishables — cannot be shipped. See our Terms of Service for the full list.
